Missing baby returned to Fla. home, woman charged

A 3-week-old baby was back with his parents Wednesday after police said a woman posing as a child protective services officer threatened to call the police on the Haitian parents if they didn't surrender the child. Jasmine White, 19, was charged with kidnapping, Jacksonville Sheriff John Rutherford said in a news conference. It is unclear whether White has retained an attorney.
